2. Your account

You need an account to use Complete Pack AI. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Credits and payment

Answers and media are paid for with prepaid credits. The price is shown before you spend credits. A request that fails is not charged.

4. AI-generated content

Answers and media are generated by AI models and can be wrong. Check important information before you rely on it. Generated media is marked as AI-generated.

5. Acceptable use

Follow our Content policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this contract.

7. Ending the contract

You can delete your account at any time. We can end the contract with notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.

8. Applicable law

The law of the country where COMPLETE PACK AI LIMITED has its registered office applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
