1. Who is responsible

COMPLETE PACK AI LIMITED, 518 Maurer court John Harrison Way, SE10 0SX London, United Kingdom, is responsible for processing your data in Complete Pack AI. Privacy contact: noora@completepack.ai.

2. What we process

• Account details: your email address and sign-in identifiers.
• What you send: questions, files, images and voice, and the answers and media generated for you.
• Purchases and credit use. Card details are handled by the payment provider and not stored by us.
• Technical data needed to run and secure the service.

3. Why, and on what basis

We process data to provide Complete Pack AI (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to meet legal obligations such as tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who processes data for us

A technology and hosting provider runs Complete Pack AI for us under a data processing agreement. It uses these services:

• Amazon Web Services — Hosting and storage, Frankfurt, EU
• Runware — AI model for standard answers
• OpenRouter — AI models
• Cerebras — AI models
• OpenAI — Speech-to-text and embeddings
• Groq — Speech-to-text and embeddings
• Hypereal — Image, video and audio generation
• fal.ai — Image, video and audio generation
• Kie.ai — Music generation
• Exa — Web search
• Jina — Search result ranking
• Composio — Connected apps, only when a user connects one
• E2B — Code execution, only when code runs
• Original Pictures — Provenance marking of generated images
• Stripe — Web payments

Some of these services may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Your conversations and media are kept while your account exists, and you can delete them in the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your content. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires, up to ten years.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
